Coming off of its most important win of the season so far, the Alabama Crimson Tide will look to emerge victorious a second straight time in Neville Arena against the Auburn Tigers this afternoon at 3:00 PM CST. Charles Bediako will be suiting up, and it’s sounding like both Labaron Philon and Taylor Bol Bowen will be good to go as well, so hopefully we finally get a look at what this team is capable of when mostly healthy.
The Tide will need to bring their hard hats for this one, as Auburn is a scrappy bunch that really wants to muck things up in the paint, and they’ll have the full Neville Arena crowd looking to make Nate Oats and company’s experience a miserable one. This is what they live for – trying to beat Alabama. Auburn is a slight 2.5-point favorite today, but they were favored the last time these two teams met as well. And we know how that played out.
Hopefully, we won’t need the theatrics this time around for Bruce’s son.
